How Prime Management Is Working For You

Operational Guidelines: Loggers’ Run Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. The office is located in the Sandalfoot Shopping Center on State Road 7 and Marina Blvd. The address is 23150 –A Sandalfoot Plaza Drive. The phone number is (561) 451-9992; the fax number is (561) 451-2754.

The Management staff is in place to try and help you as well as implement the Board of Governor’s directives and the association documents. Let’s take a few moments to define our management staff positions:

Maryann Dingevan is the Receptionist / Customer Service Rep. It is her job to screen all calls and forward said call to the person who can best help you. Please help Maryann do her job. Provide her with all requested information it will help you in the long run.

If you have a general question or want to report a streetlight out, a missing street sign, potholes, etc you can now e-mail Maryann at mdingevan@primemg.com.

Don Burlew is the Assistant Property Manager. He is in charge of overseeing all the vendors out on the property. He will verify any damage caused on the property, whether it is to the common area or to an owner’s property. If requested, he will verify what is the Association’s responsibility to repair and what is the owner’s responsibility. Don can be reached at dburlew@primemg.com.

Martin Keroes is responsible for deed restrictions. The Master Association, as well as the sub-associations requires monthly inspections of the property. In many cases a Board member accompanies him. Because of the high standards within Loggers’ Run, your property values have soared. Homes do not stay on the market long, and price wars have occurred. You should not look at the Association’s request to repair or maintain your home as a negative. It promotes the aesthetics of the community as a whole and increases the value. Should you have any question related to a documented violation, please contact Frank at mkeroes@primemg.com.

Right now it is all of our jobs to process all ACC requests, warranty deeds/new owner information, screening packages for the TimberWalks, and obtain the required Homeowner Insurance information from Timberwalk and Timberwlk II Associations. Please try to understand that we handle procedures that are not always viewed as necessary to our owners. We does not make policy, rather we implements it! We can now be reached at prappaport@primemg.com, dburlew@primemg.com, mdingevan@primemg.com or mkeroes@primemg.com.

Pam Rappaport is the Property Manager and as many of you already know, is responsible for the whole staff! She prides herself on the willingness of the staff to work as a team for the good of the Association. Board members are volunteers. We do not provide telephone numbers or addresses. Should you want to contact a Board member, ask a question about the Association, make a suggestion, volunteer, or lodge a complaint contact Pam at prappaport@primemg.com.

Please bear in mind that Management is the middleman between the owners and the Association. At times it feels like we are between a rock and a hard place. Board meetings are open to all the owners and your input and solutions are always welcomed. Again, please do not look at any of us as the enemy, we are here to help you enjoy your community however, you did purchase into an Association that does have governing documents. When you purchased your home, you accepted the conditions within those documents. The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to enforce the documents and they do this through their Management Company.

Goldman, Juda & Martin, C.P.A perform the accounting services for Loggers’ Run. If you have any questions about your maintenance account, or need any financial information please contact Goldman, Juda & Martin, and P.A. at loggersrun@gjmcpas.com

Working together we will continue to make this one of the most sought after communities.

We hope you find this information helpful.
